Fund Forum Asia | April 20-22, 2010 | Hong Kong

Fund Forum Asia 2010 will focus on future prospects for the Asian investment business as the sector recovers from the global financial crisis. Featuring contributions from a raft of leading investment management CEOs and other industry experts, the conference will explore a number of key issues facing Asian investment institutions and the ways in which the region has adapted to recent market events. In a series of in-depth country analysis sessions, special conference streams will focus on the prospects and challenges facing a number of Asian markets, including China, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, India and Vietnam. Regulation, distribution and product development will also be a major focus for Fund Forum Asia 2010 and the event will also include an exhibition featuring key market participants. The fund industry leaders global think tank- Learning from the lessons of the past

In this special Fund Forum Asia 2010 think tank session a range of senior executives from the asset management industry will assess lessons learned from the global financial crisis and ways in which asset managers are rethinking their business strategies and approaches for the recovery. Moderated by RBC Dexia’s Scott Mc Laren, the think tank session will feature a “talking heads” CEO session including representatives from Blackrock, Thames River Capital, Franklin Templeton International, HSBC Global Asset Management and Generali Fund Management. The think tank session will focus on regulation, consolidation and the fundamentals driving recovery in the Asian asset management business.
