ACPM National Conference | September 13-16 | St. John’s, Canada

This year's ACPM National Conference, "It Begins Here - From Reform to Action", is expected to attract over 300 participants, from Canada's senior pension plan sponsor, administrators, service providers, policy makers and regulators. The conference is a series of plenary sessions and 6 interactive workshops. RBC Dexia will be taking part as a bronze level sponsor, sponsoring the Social Media work shop.

In this workshop, Lyle Wetsch, Assistant Professor of Marketing at Memorial University of Newfoundland, will provide a framework on how social media tools can be incorporated into your workplace business strategy. He is joined by Cory Hartlen, Community Manager and Account Manager at Radian6, the leading social media monitoring, engagement and insights platform used by hundreds of corporate clients, who will explore how an organisation becomes a better listener and engages a community of influence in conversation.
