The primary regulator for RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust is the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada).

Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (Luxembourg)

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) is responsible for the prudential supervision of RBC Dexia Investor Services. It acts solely in the public interest, ensures that the laws and regulations on the financial sector are enforced and observed and that international agreements and European Directives in the fields under its responsibility are implemented.

Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada)

RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust is a Canadian trust company incorporated under the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) and regulated and supervised by the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI). OSFI’s mandate is to ensure the safety and soundness of the Canadian financial system, while allowing federally regulated financial institutions to compete effectively and take reasonable risks.
